The room size was excellent, providing ample space for relaxation. I loved that each morning brought new towels and two bottles of water. Plus, the outdoor swimming pool was a good highlight, perfect for lounging under the sun!

Deluxe hotel, the staff were all amicable and fantastic and the location was absolutely perfect near beach. We stayed in an a nice size and brand-new room with twin beds, and greatly enjoyed it. Location: the venue was just next door to the restaurant accessed by stairs, and the sea...

The a twin room had climate control, a safe, and multi-channel television, facilities worked for us. And btw it was great-sized and had large beds.

The staff were not very helpful, didn't expect that coming.

Refreshing the paint job is a must!!! The air conditioning fails to cool effectively, it needs replacement!!! The furniture requires updating as pieces are missing or worn out!!!

Cleanliness of the main intrance could be improve as well as the bathroom. Use of internet : you haveto pay for five hours which I thought was ridiculous when you are on vacation.

Stopped by Jomtien Plaza for 4 nights with a group. Big room, great location near the beach, and the pool was nice! Had some hiccups with the gym hours and a rude manager, but overall it was solid for the price.

It was in the central location close to everything. The staff were affable, fantastic and helped me with free parking:)))

Got good-sized room with twin beds, half the furniture missing, for example - always come in handy. The staff was friendly and nice and made me feel at home.

Wi-Fi was bad, made me a little nervous.

Spacious room with a lovely sea view and a decent outdoor swimming pool to cool off. The hotel's prime location near shops, bars, and restaurants makes it easy to explore the vibrant Jomtien area. The daily housekeeping was a nice touch, with fresh towels provided.

Bathroom needed maintenance.

Voice of elevators!!! In every room every halth minute we heared voices of elevator! Impossible!!!

staff didn't speak english well at all. There were many rooms but very small pool area. This didn't bother me too much as I preferred to use the beach anyway.

The air conditioning was powerful and kept the room cool, a lifesaver in the heat. The location was decent, just minutes from the beach, made for easy trips to the sand.

The bathroom was in rough shape. The door really needs replacing, and there was inconsistent hot water in the shower. The bed positioning was awkward as I had to move it to access the nearest power socket without an excessively long charge cable. Towels were worn out, with some showing holes, and the overall appearance of the room felt stale with fixtures missing or needing maintenance.

The location is great, just a short walk to the beach with plenty of nearby eateries. The room I stayed in needed maintenance, as the air conditioner was ineffective and the bathroom drainage was poor. For a budget stay, it served its purpose, but more attention to details would enhance the experience.

Request a room away from the multi-story car park for a fresher atmosphere and consider bringing your own toiletries for better comfort.
